Kid’s Village, Altman Building, lower level
The Kids’ Village is a simple and beautiful way to engage families and children in the experience of the New York Encounter. It’s a place of encounters – where kids can play together, and parents can meet and talk.
The Kids’ Village is a place where, together, we introduce our children to something beautiful and greater than them that can capture their hearts.
During the day, parents organize activities such as arts and crafts, singing, and storytelling. For children six and older, guided tours will be given for some exhibits, especially geared for them!
The Kids’ Village is open to all kids, with the older kids helping the little ones!
It’s not a “drop off” place; children must always be accompanied by a parent/caregiver!
