Cost (for both hotels):
King Rooms: 1 King Bed, $210/Night
Queen Rooms: 2 Queen Beds, $240/Night
For the nights of February 13, 14, 15, and 16, 2025.

BOOKING
The option to book now and pay later is available. However, full payment must be received by Sunday, December 29, 2024, to ensure your reservation is secured. If full payment is not received by December 29, 2024, the reservation will be canceled.PAYMENT METHOD:
Payment can made exclusively via credit card through our online system.CANCELLATION:
Cancellation is available with a full refund up until December 29, 2024. After this date, refunds will no longer be available. Any cancellations must be communicated by emailing hotelsnye@newyorkencounter.org.CHANGES (dates and room types)
Changes to reservations are possible but not guaranteed before December 29, 2024. Changes will no longer be permitted after this date. All reservation changes must be communicated by emailing hotelsnye@newyorkencounter.org.
