Patrick Bringley is the author of All the Beauty in the World (Simon & Schuster, 2023), a memoir about his decade working as a guard in the galleries of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The book has been praised in the New York Times, Washington Post, Associated Press, Financial Times, Sunday Times (London), and elsewhere, and he’s been interviewed by outlets including the New Yorker, Guardian, Vox, ABC, CBS, NPR, and the BBC. Past and upcoming appearances include at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Peabody-Essex Museum, Saint Louis Art Museum, Chrysler Museum, University of Virginia, and Emirates Airline Festival of Literature in Dubai. Patrick lives with his wife and children in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
