Nate and Ashley Kaufman live in Omaha, Nebraska. They have been married eight years and are currently foster parents to three young girls. Nate graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha and works as a software engineer for Nelnet Inc. Ashley obtained her Doctorate of Audiology degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and works with children and adults who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing as an audiologist for Boys Town National Research Hospital.
