Hashmatullah Wali grew up in Kabul, Afghanistan, and has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. He is now pursuing his Executive Master's degree. Mr. Wali is a Finance and Management expert who is proficient in English, Dari, Pashto, Persian, and Urdu. He has been the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops' Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis since March 2022. (USCCB). Prior to joining USCCB, he worked as a Senior Financial Manager for Moore Stephens, an international audit firm, in Afghanistan from 2013 to 2021, assisting numerous international companies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and others in Department of State (DoS) and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts.  

He is a professional, self-motivated, focused, detail-oriented person who enjoys multi-tasking and works well under pressure. High quantitative aptitude. Superior problem-solving and research abilities, as well as facility with computer operations. Detail-oriented and a fast learner, able to adapt to new situations and requirements. Very reliable and capable under pressure.
