Damian Bacich, Ph.D. is an educator, writer and translator. He has been involved in public higher education since 1997 and is Professor of Ibero-American Literatures at San José State University.  Damian has been Chair of the Department of World Languages and Literatures at SJSU since 2012.  He lives with his wife and children in Northern California.
