Agnes Achan Aida
Agnes Achan Aida is a native of Northern Uganda and a mother of 9 children, 4 boys and 5 girls, 4 of which are biological. Agnes is one of the longest-serving employees of Meeting Point International, a Ugandan NGO that offers healthcare and educational services to more than 2,000 women, 200 children, and 1,100 families. Before joining Meeting Point International, Agnes’ life was marked by terrible tragedies, starting from her abduction from her native village in 1997 by the Kony rebels.
