Alejandro Marius – founder of Trabajo y Persona – is transforming the concept of the workplace as a painful necessity into a place of enjoyment and fulfillment in Venezuela. Their objectives are three-fold:

To promote all activities that empower the person in his/her workplace in all sectors.

To develop programs that strengthen vocational/technical training, particularly for young people and vulnerable groups.

To promote a better dissemination of the concept of work culture.
