Carlos Martínez
Carlos is CEO of 376 Management Group, a real estate construction and consulting firm. Over the last several years, in particular after Hurricane Maria, Carlos has earned a diverse experience as a designer and a construction manager. Accomplished projects involved project management, strategic planning, feasibility analysis, budget and schedule development, constructability analysis, evaluation of building systems and components during the pre-construction phase, construction consulting, and quality control services. Carlos private and public sector project experience includes a broad spectrum of new construction, renovation, historic restoration, hospitality, commercial, retail, and residential sectors. Committed to building a new sustainable global economy, he cofounded Green Space, a real estate investment start up that promotes sustainable and resilient design for low income housing. He has a degree in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and is a master’s candidate in real estate development from Georgetown University.
